  Apparently, the family of William C. Millard Atkins moved from Tacketts Creek near St. Albans to Scott Depot in Teays Valley between Feb 5th and Feb 13th in 1920, resulting in them being counted twice in the census of that year. Less than a year after this move, Millard, Sr. was buried in Scary, WV, about half way between these two residences.
