On Hwy 701 near Hwy 210, southwest of Garland, NC. (At one point called the Cromartie Cemetery and listed as at While Oak...which is not accurate. White Oak itself is due west of the cemetery, found by  continuing southwest from the cemetery beyond where it intersects Hwy 41, then White Oak is northwest from Hwy 701 on a side road leading through Yorick and on to White Oak. At the intersection, there is another side road (do not take this) leading more northward through Bladen Lakes State Forest toward Ammon.)
