Wilbur T. King - Obituary

Wilbur T. King, 95, of Charleston went home to be with the Lord Feb. 15, 2005, in Meadowbrook Acres Nursing Center, Charleston. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lena L. King; son, Arnold L. King; and a great-grandson, Andrew King. He was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County, retired from True Temper Corporation with 48 years of service and was a member of Davis Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and her husband, Anita and Paul Myers of Charleston; grandchildren and their spouses, David and Sandy King and Steven and Lisa King, all of Charleston, Theresa Halliday of West Palm Beach, Fla., Judy and John Whitehair of Elkview, Stanley and Patty King of Sissonville, and Jamie Myers and Jason Myers, both of Charleston; sisters, Olive Francisco of Louisiana and Dorothy Atkins of Charleston; 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
