From their Visitor Information page:

"A first stop on a trip to the cemetery should include the Welcome Center, located by the cemetery entrance, where maps, exhibits, information services (to include grave locations), a bookstore, water fountains and restrooms can be found. The cemetery does not provide wheelchairs or strollers and if you require this service you will need to bring your own.

"Family and friends must provide their own transportation for funeral services at Arlington National Cemetery. Family and friends will be required to drive from the administration building or chapel to the gravesite.

"Before your visit, take time to acquaint yourself with the rules for visiting Arlington National Cemetery from Title 32 Code of Federal Regulations 553.33."
