Notes: The main entrance is on N. Hyatt St. Other entrances are on N. Hyatt St. and Patton Avenue. There is a back portion of the cemetery that is not accessed by these entrances, and can be reached via Edgewood St., which can be entered from Patton Ave. or from Chapman Dr. (which connects to U.S. Hwy 425 / Route 35).
