Rickells "Rix" Adkins - Native Gravestone

"When removing the leaning native stone headstone in order to install new headstone it was discovered that name and date of death was on the reverse side of the native stone. This was hidden from view because of the native stone leaning badly (almost lying flat). The date of death as found on the native stone is new information. There is information inscribed on the obverse side made impossible to read due to lichens and other microorganisms growing in the wild. As a result the original native stone has been preserved." — Information from Russell E. Bennett, Jr. 2017 (on FindAGrave)
